My Magical Treatment That Heals Me

Limes offer so much nutrition

Have you been feeling ill? Fighting off an infection? Do you have the flu or a virus? Are you recovering from a reaction to something?


I have found over the years that my body will not tolerate antibiotics, most medications and supplements so I've developed a simple yet powerful magical treatment that has consistently worked for me. Whether it's pneumonia, bronchitis, valley fever, sinus infections, or even a partially collapsed lung, this treatment has healed me often on the same day or within a few days. Obviously when it was something very serious like a partially collapsed lung, pneumonia or valley fever it took longer but every time it has resulted in me gaining my health back. And the best part? It's affordable, accessible, and all-natural!


1. Saltwater Gargle


I mix one-half teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt in 1 cup of water and gargle three times a day or more often as needed. If you don't have this salt on hand, use what you have until you can purchase plain sea salt.


I used to gargle only when I had a sore throat. Then I caught a very bad virus so I started gargling with salt water. Soon, the sore throat was gone, but now I was aching. I decided to gargle again, and soon, the aching was gone; I never needed to take any Tylenol! When I began to feel ill, I gargled again. For every symptom, I gargled with salt water, and soon the virus was gone. I never needed any of my other treatments, and I recovered so fast; it was amazing! It has been amazingly powerful, not just for a sore throat but for every symptom!


2. Lime juice


Lime juice has so much nutrition. I drink 1 T fresh organic lime juice straight as an antibiotic three times a day and once at night until symptoms of infection are gone. If my symptoms aren't getting better I have more lime juice. If you have regular limes on hand use these until you can buy organic. Lime juice is packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and has antibacterial and antiviral properties. Organic produce has so much more nutrition and you avoid so many toxins. I only eat organic produce.


Each of us is so unique. You can mix it with water if it is too strong for you. You may only need a teaspoon or less for the same results. If lime juice won't work for you, search for your superfood, a food that just always makes you feel good. For me, it is lime juice, for you it may be blueberries.


3. Green Tea


I only use Choice Organic Green Tea from Amazon. I love this brand because this product is entirely free of plastic—every detail is thoughtfully designed with health and sustainability in mind. I drink four to eight cups every day; it's incredible! Green tea is a powerful antihistamine, I love it.


A while ago I decided water was better and I stopped having green tea. Then we had a horrible crisis where Keith's office, our home and our RV got contaminated. It was the worst experience we have ever had. I had to wear my respirator mask and oxygen just to survive every day. (I will write more about this later) I was so ill. Gargling, lime juice, fruit, Ventolin, nothing was helping! I realized that all the stress and congestion had caused a severe infection in my lungs and sinuses. I started having my green tea again and soon I was feeling great. For me, it was a miracle. I am never giving up my green tea again.

Finally the VOCs in our home went to normal, we are so incredibly thankful! I learned so much from this experience.


4. Asthma Relief


 I have found that an apple or orange can completely stop an asthma attack.  I have also had great relief with vegetables such as a carrot or celery.


Lime juice also works so well for me to stop asthma attacks. It stopped the second worst asthma attack in my life. I had Ventolin twice and it did nothing. Then I tried lime juice. From the first sip I felt better. It took 5 tablespoons and then the second worst asthma attack of my life was gone! I am not sure why; sometimes Ventolin works best, sometimes lime juice.


I have found all of this so amazing! Nutrition, in the form of food, is the true healer.


5. Fruit


I have seen apples, oranges, and so many other fruits make huge improvements in how I feel when I am ill. We only eat low-glycemic fruits. I have at least three fruits a day - one for each meal. Fruit is incredibly healing. We are designed with a sweet tooth because we are meant to have fruit.


6. Tylenol


I found that fever was the culprit behind that terrible sick feeling I would get, and Tylenol can make a world of difference. I used to get so sick I couldn't sleep. Even a mild fever could make me feel so ill. Because my temperature runs low, I haven't always recognized when I have a fever.


I did some research, and Tylenol is one of the safest pain medications, with the fewest reactions, despite the common belief that it’s harmful. It only becomes risky if you exceed the recommended dose. I take two regular-strength (325 mg) pills at a time. I never take more than this. It’s important to follow the directions carefully to avoid exceeding the 24-hour limit, which could harm your kidneys.


From what I’ve found, Tylenol is not harmful to your liver when taken correctly. From my research on the internet I found that overall, it’s safer than aspirin or NSAIDs, and it’s even reported to be safe for people with kidney issues. An emergency doctor once told me that Tylenol is an excellent pain medication and I’ve found this to be true, which I’m especially grateful for since I react to aspirin and NSAIDs with instant severe asthma, my nose and eyes pour and my stomach hurts. I have not had any of these products since I was 22.


7. Heat Therapy


For lung, sinus, or other pain, I swear by the Thermi Paq Reusable Hot Cold Pack Ice Pack for Injuries, which is available from Amazon. I am so thankful for this product. It's contains clay which I don't react to.


A hot bath or shower can work wonders too.


8. Self-Massage


Self-massage is a powerful healer.


9. We Are Constantly Getting Messages


Our body talks to us with symptoms. You may hear a still, small voice that has messages for you. Listen to these and also to what feels right to you. This will help you choose which of these ideas you want to follow. If you are very ill you may need all of them. I have had those times.


As always, please consult with your doctor before making any health changes.


Never have sugar in any form when you feel sick, no processed food, junk food, fast food, only very nutritious whole food. Poor quality food will cause harm and not heal you.
